Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and RadAtelier ("we", "us") for using the Rememberly app and its service. By creating an account or using Rememberly, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who can use Rememberly
You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 if you live in the EEA or the UK. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. Your account
Give us an email address you can receive mail at, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at argo.mohrad@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.
3. Your content
The material you add and the study content built from it remain yours. You give us permission to store, copy and process that content only as needed to run the service for you. That includes sending its text to the AI provider named in our Privacy Policy to produce notes and questions.
You must have the right to use what you add. Do not upload material you are not allowed to copy, and do not upload anything unlawful.
4. Generated study content
Notes and questions are written by an AI model from your material. They can be wrong, incomplete or misleading. Nothing is added to your reviews until you approve it, so read it first and correct it where needed. Rememberly is a study aid. It is not professional advice, and you should not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using Rememberly;
- try to get into accounts or data that are not yours;
- probe, overload or disrupt the service, or get around its limits;
- use automated means to create accounts or to pull content out of the service in bulk;
- resell the service or offer it to others as your own.
6. Services from other companies
You can sign in with Apple or Google and connect Notion or Google Docs. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and they may change or stop working with Rememberly.
7. Our rights in the app
The app, its design and its software belong to us or to our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use the app for your own study. These terms give you no other rights in it.
8. Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove features, and the service may at times be unavailable. We try to give notice of changes that matter. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Ending your use
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
10. No warranty
Rememberly is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that generated content will be accurate.
11. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if that is greater.
Some places do not allow these limits. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. For important changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Rememberly after that date, you accept the new terms.
